Hey guys im in the hiring process right now with Estes for p&d, right now waiting for background.
They told me starting pay is between $19-$22 but does anyone else have anymore details about the job here in Phoenix? Mon-Fri? Pay overtime? How are the benifits?
    Thanks!

In my neck of the woods Estes pays overtime after 55 hours. P&D is typically M-F at most places. For detailed information from several drivers from different regions you should check out http://www.truckingboards.com/bb/forums/estes-express-lines.52/
@TahoeTrucker works there, but I believe he runs linehaul.

I suggest talking to the terminal manager regarding pay for p&d. I run linehaul extraboard and never really see or talk to anyone at my terminal. I have only helped locally a couple times. I can confirm Monday through Friday could be early to mid morning start and late evening finish. Holidays off.

Not to my knowledge. I haven't seen one of their trucks that had one in it yet.

None of the trucks I have been in have them. I haven't heard anything about Estes starting this but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before every company has these.

They have started installing windshield cams in linehaul trucks. No driver facing cameras. OT is after 55 but you probably want see it.

Well, it is something of a sign of encouragement that Swift scrapped the idea.
