If you look at all of his posts, you will see he is not OTR yet and has not experienced this yet.

 

what does that mean you had to drive 19 hours. you ae a grown man.
when you feel tired park the truck. and if anyone does not like it tough crap.
you said you worked their for 10 weeks and they did not pay you? was that for all ten weeks or just the last week?
either way you should call dept. of labor or oida. if you do not pursue it they will just do it to the next driver.

Well lets see. Try getting paid 500 bucks for a month and see if you can afford to keep everything......

 

Might seem okay for someone 21 years old and no real bills though. But when used to bringing home net of about 800-1000 a week, puts it in perspective.

 

Thank God for small regional mom and pop companies.With my temper and attitude I wouldn`t have made it 10 weeks without needing bail money.Also don`t see how anybody would work and keep working when they weren`t getting paid.

 

When your not getting home and don't know if your not getting paid it is kind of hard to figure that out. They take out a big chunk. Credit it, then turn around and take it out again. When I found out that my wife had only gotten 500 bucks was when they got a trailer dropped on their yard.

 

With the way Prime is I have to wonder how they keep running their bussness. You would think that some one would file a class action suit or the feds would shut them down or with their rep that drivers would not go to work for that outfit
