I was running with the vampires. Saw an orange flickering glow on the rain soaked roads. Coming the other way was a 16 ft box truck that was on fire. Traffic slowed behind him. The interstate was 3 lanes wide. The straight truck crept underneath a bridge and stopped on the shoulder. Driver jumps out. Big fire. Huge. An 18 that was following gets the back of his trailer to the front of the straight truck, stops in the right lane, and jumps out with his fire extinguisher. 3 cars park on the left shoulder against the jersey wall and jump out to help.
What's wrong with this picture? Wait, I should ask if there is anything wrong with this picture.
The End?

(1) why the Hell did he park a burning vehicle beneath a structure?
(2) What kind of moron thinks he can put out a blaze with a fire extonguisher?
(3) I wonder what the original cause of the fire was, and why he kept driving at a slow pace? Unless it started due to the brakes, and he let gravity and resistance bring him to the final stop.Shock Therapy, LoneCowboy, Suspect Zero and 2 others Thank this. -
1. they stopped under a bridge 2. truck driver stops in right lane blocking traffic and first responders 3. cars parking on the left shoulder is never safe or a good idea especially in the rain

Given the nature of our nation's infrastructure, it's anybody guess. Concrete is weakened by heat though.
