CHR and TQL will waive any "must have hauled 20 loads with us" requirements if they really need that truck. Don't ever call those guys for anything as a new carrier. Quote them high every time they call you. You won't book everything they send your way but you won't be pegged as cheap in their system for anything you have booked either.
