Oh yeah, some antiquated piece of paper that us dinosaurs used to use! :D

Just like any other tool. Better to have it and not need it, than the other way around.

Don't trust that Navigo all the time. One time it tried running me circles around the city. I think these navigations like to troll with us.

Also I just use my smartphone set on the dashboard with Google maps and use that as a tool to see nearby streets or distances. I already know where I am going before hand but Google keeps me company

Learn to do it without electronic map aids first. Then use some of it where you must.

YOU are the final decider where that truck goes, NOT the GPS which is generally NOT designed for 13 foot 6 inch 40 ton trucks.

What did you like better about about Rand and Copilot over NaviGo?

Prime has Navigo and all company drivers get it for free. It usually does the job but it is painfully slow when you request directions, and sometimes it will freeze.

With any GPS. Set it to keep you on the interstate.

That route may me 100miles less, but you wouldn't know because you're pulling hills and slowing on turns and going thru small towns with red light and speed traps because your gps knew a shortcut using highways.

    Navigo sucks.

Copilot is a good app. I used it for years in my car. The truck version is great too. Again, set it to keep you on interstate and not cut thru towns.

I have a rand McNally TND 730 and I'd say it was well worth the price.I'd say it would be perfect if they could get Google maps satellite view to show up.

The edge copilot has over Rand is the ability to drag the route. If you can do this on the Rand let me know

    Rand has better UI

Both work, I'd call em even because they both are solid.
