Yea Oregon's tax is different. I like fueling in Oregon when I was with interstate it helped be get a bigger quarterly refund. So pilot and flying j are only 50 gallons? Well that will get you a shower at least. Yea I like to run and manage my hours so that won't be a problem. You made real good $ then. Do you go home or just run run run? How's the tire discount with a&a? Thanks for your help. I'll be in a white cascadia so I may see you out and about

You can get more then 50 gal at the 5 major truckstop. Except Oregon. I haven't bought any tires thru a&a yet. I have 70k on my steers and 1 is starting to wear. May get to find out soon. But my truck is thru tel so it may use covenant discounts instead.
The website says they hire in ga but i haven't even come close. I dont know if we go to the se.

Ok thanks. Well I'm needed drives soon that's why I was asking. I heard a&a has a good tire program. Guess I'll find out soon enough.

I'm putting new drive tires on this summer. I haven't had to use their tire program yet.

As far as fuel this is what I was I formed by Dan in safety. He told me that the only Pilot we can fuel all the up in is Superior, Mt. We don't get a discount there anymore so I don't fuel there.

I go 6-8 weeks out then about 6-9 days at home but I live in Wisconsin so I do get a few nights here and there home while I'm out.

We don't do a lot of east coast. I moved here from NC. And Sue(the lady who did the recruiting then) told me that they wouldn't hire me if I lived in NC cause they wouldn't be able to get me home. She only informed me of this cause I had a NC DL so I changed it to Wi.

But it never hurts to ask if you're from the east coast. You never know sometimes things change. Call them and ask.

Sue went to another company. Not sure which one.

I don't try the pilots cause we get no discount. So not 100% sure about the 50 gallons just going by what I was told.

California is a great place to live for this company.
