I have a poly liner and haul copper concentrate, one location I load at is pretty moist. Seems anything I do the material sticks about 5 feet from the front for about 4 feet. What is the best way to fix this? I've heard simple green, I've heard spray diesel. I've thought about sanding the area to 1000 grit. Just not sure. Any ideas? Thanks.

Dunno about copper concentrate. We certainly used diesel, (if no boss around,) or crusher fines, (if boss in vicinity,) with hot mix asphalt.

They have an environmentally safe release spray that is kind of like a soap that works, don't know what your doing with it but you could always plastic the trailer to

It's basically a big plastic bag you lay out in the trailer, goes up the inside walls and often lays over the outside as well.. it's separate from a liner.

Diesel spray is risky... If anyone sees you, contaminated load. Vegetable oil I have seen the odd guy use.

Myself? I climb in the box, and shovel that crap out. My back doesn't like this too often, so I'm going to get a scraper made, which will be just long enough to reach the top of the box.

I doubt a vibrator would work...

Had an excavator operator try to "shake" the crap out of my boxes... He couldn't.

Vibes work well with concrete mixtures and the likes...

Scraper or shovel is the only solution for us. I try to bill this extra time when customer loads crap, but it isn't always that easy...

I've only seen the vibrator work on bobtail dump trucks. When I hauled aggregate, the outfit I worked for got a couple of them. I never drove one, but know they worked well for hot mix, and other aggregate products.

The receiver has air lances and a overhead platform to get up and lance it out. It works, but still 5-10 minutes extra and trucks waiting on you. I pressure washed it and let it dry and then scrubbed it with simple green and let it dry. I just loaded so we will see if I works!
