Getting backhauls to this area can be tough. I would pull out of Memphis if I could get back. The upper Midwest has a lot of freight coming and going which helps.

Where do you ship to out of Memphis? I'm trying to set up a round trip lane.

I personally don't. I do few flatbed loads out of there to cherry hill paying about 3 bucks a mile but was curious as to why more trucks aren't there.

Quite a few friends have loads there and struggle

It may stay the I know better attitude. We are all just spikes in a wheel. Once brokers get to a point that they no longer offer #### rates we can all get along. Minimum is $2.00 for van and $3.00 for flat. Yes I can get $3.00 all day and never leave the state. Most of the hauls are shorter and pay more.

I'd love to leave the brokerage and do trucking. Sounds interesting.
