You misunderstand patty. What i ment was the law does not protect him becuse the law does not apply to his situation. You cant add stuff to a law that isn't thererearview Thanks this.

What happened is, a driver, in a crap situation, made crap choices, while working for a crap company. Now hes suing based on nothing more than a "victim card" argument. F trans am. They are despicable for what they did. But sue? Sorry, the law is not there
