Best ltl companies and why?

    So i was otr for 4 years and recently went on with saia started me at $20.98 and overtime after 40hrs and .50cent raise every 6 month's until i max out at $25.68 i pay about $60 a week for the benefits what ive learned is that these companies are all about seniority.are terminal has a problem not enough truck for the drivers and we have a couple trucks that have front facing cameras,drivers will literally take a truck that have some engine problem than take the truck with the camera

    OD, Saia , Estes it doesn't matter these days there all pretty close in pay and benefits and they all worry about stupid ####. I guess the highest pay and ben. would be Ups Freight but they will make you hate life and your job in no time at all. Yrc and there regionals still a ok job they have great ins. but no pension to speak of anymore. Saia is a good company if you got on as p&d driver stick with it because alot of places now days make you start as a combo driver and that sucks. As far as cameras go every truck out there is going to have them soon so get use to it.
