    Based on percentage pay, after FSC what is the range for % pay for a company driver hauling inermodual?

    When I hauled grain I made 30% of the line haul as a company driver..

    What % should I make as a Company Intermodual Driver.. ?

    Many variables, depends on region, company and rates. The company I work for starts at 21% and tops out at 30%, friend hauls intermodal in the PNW, started at 18% and will top at 28%, but the company also has higher rates than in my area.
