How are you local dedicated guys paid? Mileage, hourly, percentage? Just curious because I know TMC has a local dedicated account with owens corning hauling shingles close to me.

I'm on percentage. Not sure if I could be on mileage, wouldn't do it anyway, don't run enough miles.

Every dedicated account was negotiated seperatly. Each could be different.

Im on the owens corning dedicated outta kearny, nj. We get a flat rate plus mileage. It works out well just dont get bourgh pay for going into nyc, which linehaul gets. The medina plant might be the same im not 100% on that though.

Tell them. If it's an issue they will send you home the first day instead of the third day. I would have thought you would have told them up from prior to being accepted.

TMC will allow a lot of ding's in your personal history and driving record. everyone is human,
Fastest way to be dropped from them and never considered again is to get caught lying to them. I've seen them work with guys to get all kinds of stuff cleared up and straightened up, just DONT lie. If it is speeding tickets, don't worry, they either know or they will soon. They keep a good handle of driver's license's

I would fight the ticket, get a lawyer and do anything to get it dropped to 4-5 miles over. 14 Miles is getting up there in the reckless area, and TMC's CSA score is already not good. Drivers that like to speed will also do it in the truck in a work zone.
