    I was looking into mavericks regional midwest. I live in west Tennessee and wondering if any one knows how the hometime is in this area. Also, I have 8 months OTR experience. most of that was dry van. But recently switched to flatbed. So I have about 2 months experience flatbed. Question is how's the pay start out and miles for RMW for a driver with my experience? And what are the training requirements for a driver with my experience? Thanks in advance.

    Allen, you live in a good lane. Starting is 41 cpm with your experience I think. I drove for Maverick as a new driver. Great company. Decent benefits. Trucks are so so. I averaged about 750 net a week. Securement training is at the North Little Rock facility and lasts about a week. Two weeks total for orientation and securement training.

    Hey Nex. I don't think Maverick hires in CA. You can look at their website, and it lists all states they hire out of.
