Thanks. So the small amount of oil being sneezed out of the dryer isn't a big deal then either? When I drain my tanks they're clean and the outlet from the compressor is dry when running. I'll try to find some o-rings for the line then.

I remember now when I replaced that one o-ring, it was still leaking, it actually was the gasket on that elbow housing that was leaking on mine and running down the hose. I replace that and it seem to quit. I will post a picture of the parts breakdown of your particular air compressor. I would replace # 9 and # 15.
