This is a very small company, probably about to go under, but for anyone out there be warned - they are horrible people.

Not only do they force you to regularly edit your logs to ensure you drive well over legal hours to make rediculously scheduled appointments, they do not pay on time, expect you to use your own money for fuel if they don't have any (constantly having to steal money from other runs to pay for equipment failure and not have enough at the end to pay drivers) demand you run errands, fix their equipment and use your own personal vehicle for company needs without any compensation.

The trucks/reefers are in terrible condition, tires always blow because the owner refuses to buy new tires, only cheap used ones.

recently after saying enough was enough, the owner took off in the truck out of state with all of my belongings prompting me to have to file a criminal theft report - and I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to take legal action for the $1700 I'm still owed for three previous runs.

Any suggestions on what I can/should do would be greatly appreciated.

GEEZ, sounds like a mini CR England. The owner of the company drove off in a truck that had your stuff in it?

mmmm No does not sound like CRE, but Royal Label Group? Yes... Royal Label Group is out of the Atlanta area, and ran me to death, not literally but I got home 2 days before I would have really died. Spent 3 days and 4 units of blood to survive, and they still owe me 1550.00 plus my expenses.

So, let me get this straight; You drove the truck so hard and so long that you nearly died? That sounds just a bit farfetched to me. And after they nearly killed you they didn't pay you? lololololololol That is just too much!!! Thanks for the laugh!

Yeah sound far out of there. What happen I got sick, and asked to be brought back to Georgia first part of Dec. Jan 3rd I finally got a load heading back east. I had to get a friend to meet me to drive since at that time I was too weak. I arrived home on Jan 7th. Jan 8th I was admitted to the Hospital, nearly out of Blood. I now have to take B12 Shots to stimulate in making new blood. If they had brought me back when I asked all it would have been a few shots, but instead it was 3 days in the hospital, 4 units of blood. It gotten to where yes I was about to abandon their truck in New Mexico,

So reading these cases about how bad these companies are I get my laugh, they are better than some.

Where did the blood go? The problem was I was not making blood so it ran out. Your body has to continue to make blood, when it stops, it runs out.
