So im with a new company. Some of the freight I see has me considering a ladder. Im 5'6. Was wondering what size ladder you guys carry to reach those high loads. and where do you stow it? We have the 3 door enclosed headache racked if that makes a difference to maybe stow on the side of it or behind??

I think mines good for 17 ft. First load of tarped hay and you'll be thankful to reach 13' 6"

I have a 12' folding warner ladder that has worked but I will be upgrading soon. At 12' it's sketchy at best getting on a tall load, especially a 15' tall load. It's also is only rated at 250 pounds and you can tell when my 280 pound self uses it.

Think about how much you weigh with a lumber tarp on your shoulder. At some point you will probably be climbing a ladder with a tarp on your shoulder.

    DDlighttruck and Chewy352 Thank this.

Check out the 2&1 Service Ladder page on Facebook. I have one and I love it. It won't go up to 12 foot, but it does hook to the flatbed and steer tire.
