FreyMiller - STAY AWAY !!

You say you have 16 years experience, yet you fail to realize that $1.00 per mile isn't enough to pay all your expenses, with money left to live on? I make more money on the company side, than lease operators make.

 

I don't drive for FreyMiller, but I can run 2800-3000 miles a week and not spend $1000 on fuel in that week. But my truck averages 7.5mpg, I don't idle and I shop for the best price fuel.

 

Sounds like he didn't know about the "forced dispatch" when he signed the lease. Then, admittedly, he refused to run an undesirable load. Consequently he complained about the lack of miles/money. Sometimes you have to suck it up to make those hefty lease payments, especially in a forced dispatched glorified company driver that pays for everything environment. Sorry that he failed, but what else would a person expect?

 

I'm thinking someone with 16 years of experience knows better than to sign on the dotted line for a L/P.

But maybe not.....

16 years experience and he still doesn't understand that he's nothing more than a glorified company driver leasing a truck.

 

Thanks to Trucker Exec's videos on YouTube, I will stay far far away from Lease / purchase. When and if it's time, like a year or more after Ive driven as a company driver somewhere, I will purchase a truck with outside financing.

 

I just started driving for freymiller. I get 2200-3400 miles as company driver. Only issue I have had is not getting paid sometimes. Think that may be a transflow issue though.
