So I emptied out in Apex NC, my road is at national pipe and plastics for 1pm. Not a problem. I get there and checked in by 1250. It's now 228, and I'm still sitting here waiting.

I swear every PVC yard I've ever load at is show as snail mail

Shoot. That's just life, man. Just think once you're out of there the traffic will have died down.

I'm an inpatient #######. I hate sitting and waiting more than an hour to start loading.

I've pulled a few loads out of there and they are pathetically slow. Not only that but they just stack that crap anywhere and can make it quite tricky to back out and get turned around. Spent the night in the lot across the tracks by the road one night...I had been there since 0930 waiting.

I've been to that yard in Colfax, NC. Major cluster.

They use scrap plastic pipe as dunnage that starts bending and cracking. Caused load to start leaning. I plan on avoiding that place if I can help it.

They didn't do that with any of this load. Used wood dunnage and plastic banding

That little bit of time will let you get your 2 hours in to split log. I sat 11 hours to get steel bar up in Chicago a few week ago got my ten back. Company charged them for detention time which they paid. They charged me lumper pay. Said to my self I could of loaded the deck myself in that amount of time. Won't be going back to that place. Went to get loaded in Indiana material for a construction site. Showed up @1130, cleaned the truck including windows and they started loading me at 1625. They finished loading me @ 1637. Had to do my full 10 there then drive 9 hours to pa to unload. Get there and the guard says "the contractors will not be here till tomorrow". You can't park here, you need to get to a truck stop and return tomorrow. It's just all part of the game shippers and receivers play with us. They don't care how we get it there, just get it.
