This is a pretty good read!!!!! Might take some determination for somebody living the trucker lifestyle but worth the effort

I'm currently reading a book about this subject "The chemistry of joy: a three-step program for overcoming depression through western science and eastern wisdom " Emmons, Henry MD.

Lots of good stuff in it.

I found that the less sugar I eat while on the road the better I feel. If I eat high sugar foods/snacks while driving I get drowsy a lot.

    Donk and Baack Thank this.
