    I run a lap from NC to WV to OR to MN to WI back to NC. So I'm spread around quite a lot. And negative on the 28mhz.

    Going way up there, I'd imagine you'd have to pass through Madison, or at least you could reasonably detour to do so.

    Could someone explain to me, in simple terms, what the lowering of the noise floor does and how it is done. I'm quite hesitant to have work done that I don't understand, but I see this mentioned quite a bit and I would like a bit of education.

    Sounds like ya got a lemon !!! 3 year warranty call Sean owner at Stryker tellem ya got one coming back there buddy... course he'll just give you a number to a Stryker warranty repair tech..... which won't be mark fine tune sherman... LMAO.
