I saw somepictures of a truck hauing a backhoe that almost tore a overpass in half, but can't find them again.
I thought they were here, but can't seem to find them.
Has anyone else seen these photos?
Thanks

Sure it wasn't an excavator and not a backhoe?
-
I'm sure it probably was by the size of it

Did you see the photos?
-
Do you mean this pic?

No I did not not.
Although I have seen backhoes versus bridges before and the backhoes usually lose the fight...

That's an excavator, although some people use the misnomer "Track-hoe" from time to time.
At least no one here has called it a "Bulldozer".....yet...

That's a definite OOPS! Guess they need to check those clearances a little better next time. We had that happen a couple of years ago here in Madison on Hwy 12 aka the Beltline. Screwed up a bridge over Seminole Rd.

The one I hit in Rochester back in '92 did, that's fersure.

About 10 years ago one on 695 around Baltimore, MD took out the overhead bridge. It was a concrete walking bridge, not a road. Killed some ppl too.
