    I know this is East of Chicago but Maverick has a terminal in Portage,Indiana.

    150$ isn't bad at all if you have a reserved space, with a guarantee that you won't get blocked in. Atomic in Dallas charges about the same, and will tow people immediately if they park in your assigned space.
    Will you have 24hr access? Gated and well lit?

    Yes the $150 parking spot is offered by Chicago Truck Parking and has reserved, secure, and gated parking spaces, that are, I think, well lit.
