Backing into a tight space

Jeez, that's a little tight. How old of a building is that?
If you have a trailer that dog-tracks you'd never get it in there.
Just lots of patience and clean mirrors.

 

That's not even joke-worthy, if its that tight. @uncleal13 is right....no way to correct for that!
As far as tight backing, @scottied67 has a few really good videos on such. I haul tanks, and don't back much anymore; sure used to. ##### that sux. Apparently you don't have to slide tandems or lower your landing gear with THAT kind of clearance, eh?
My advice . . . get into pulling tanks, LoL... or can you refuse that delivery address? Talk to your DM. That's just ridiculous. Invest in a head-cam and take pix if you scrape... i mean geez. That's Herculean!~!

 

There's probably yellow lines inside the dock isn't there?Keep your tires inside the lines and take babysteps backing in and quit scraping the trailer or truck.All those scrapes add up.You need to keep your eyes moving at all times.I've had many of those backs they do suck but can be done.Also eye the dock plate and make sure your trailer is even with the dock plate.

 

practice, at that dock, gauge your distance with the edge or an object even if yah gotta get out and look

backing in a empty lot keeping it on line may help some, again, practice

 

The curtain on your trailer, or the dock??? btw: if the boss says just to keep trying, do just that. It gets better over time. Truly, it does.

 

Go slow. If you think your going to slow go slower.
