Does this have coolant going through it. Im losing coolant. And i seen this was wetm it is raining btw. But i see no signs of head failing. No overheating. No milky oil. No white smoke. Nothing. Idk

I addded 3 gallons. Dealer said i had a def header valve leak. But looking on top of def tank i see dry. Idk anymore im lost

That is your brake foot valve. Air in and out only. Nothing to do with coolant. Header leak could have been inside the DEF tank.

Those are all air lines so it better not have coolant going through it

its called a treadle valve.

That treadle valve doesn't have a coolant tank above it that could be leaking on it does it?
My Freighliner has one right above it. -
Some buses/trucks have a coolant line from the boost pump to the cab heater core running over the top of the steering box. Might wanna check up there.
