I work for Schneider now... They aren't a bad company to be honest. The only thing I don't like is the lack of communication between DBL and drivers.

Good company to start with there training is definitely great. I'm only leaving because I want to give flatbed a try.Rocknroller4 Thanks this.
-
Good to know. Is the OTR training just a week? That's mainly why I wanted to go with SNI. I don't want to go through team training. I want the trainer beside me making sure I am doing everything right.
-
Training is 3 weeks unless your experienced. Out of those 3 weeks you have one week of OTR with a trainer. I did team training and it sucked lol I had to share miles. My trainer was great though he was very informative. If you get a trainer by the name of Mark mcnett your in good hands.

After 90 days trainers bring in 1600 to 2000 after tax. At least the 5 of us I know are.
-
If you're a student it's 4 weeks. If your trainer only wants miles let me know or someone know.Rocknroller4 Thanks this.
-
That really sucks.
-
That's sounds great but I'm not trying to be a trainer. I don't think I wanna put my life in other people's hands.

I hear you. I've been here a while. If you do things right and learn what they look for in inspections ( I've had 4 this year and a level 1 just now ), if you learn fairly quickly then I believe you and the office personnel that assigns loads will have a
profitable relationship. -
The proof is in the pudding. Compare check stubs? Lol
