My friend says in his state (WI) felonies can be expunged... and I looked it up... and there are many more states that expunge felonies that don't... but again it depends on what felonies per state

It is appreciated PolishPrince, and there are a couple extra thank yous for your trouble.

Im always a touch light on the Laws, Ive been away from the road long enough that we did not have or use TWIC in our time, we literally just went to the seaport right to the ship. Times have changed and the Laws with it.

    PolishPrince Thanks this.

Good to know some states do.

When I got my letter. It was misdemeanors yes and no on felonies. But that was 13 years ago. Haven't had to worry about it since so maybe rules have changed here too.

    PolishPrince and x1Heavy Thank this.

You will have to ask for a waiver for the Drug charge. and no a passport background check is more intense and even once issued you may not be able to exit the US or enter the destination country and Canada is definitely out of your travel plans

Last i looked on google. Canada has no problems with dui's now that are older then 10 years.

I wish some of the members that go to canada would explain the details of getting in to the country.

So far. No one has spoken up about dui's and what not.

While i have NO intentions of going OTR again. I wouldn't mind take a harley road trip up there some year.

DUI conviction will prevent you from entering Canada. It's a criminal offence in all provinces and territories.
