Have fun that close to Hell's Kitchen.
Oh, and say hi to Daredevil for me if you get the chance.

I will be on the look out for Daredevil. Maybe I'll even spot a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.

    Don't forget Luke Cage.
I wonder how many came to be in that one little area.

Odds are, you will meet one at some point.

Now that I search my brain, I can name 20+ marvel characters that were based in NYC, or frequented NYC at some point. And a few DC characters as well. But there's one particular blind lawyer that comes to mind when hells kitchen is mentioned.

And not mention ghosts and apes of an unusually large demeanor.

Inver Grove Heights terminal, waiting to get a bit inspection.
Such a simple thing, but it is taking so long because they are pretty busy.

I got here this morning but it will be tomorrow before it is done.
Just getting off home time, too. So I seem to have taken an extra day.
But I couldn't leave the truck here for home time. I needed it to get back and forth. My sisters schedule didn't line up with picking me up and dropping me off.
    Oh well.

    Wow, just wow.

I'm in Chicago at Coke waiting to be unloaded.
I was sent the pplan this morning at IGH after I got the inspection done. 'It's a hot load and has to get there by 2359.' I was told.
When I got here at around 2130 I was told the load was scheduled for Friday at 1300.
They'll try to work me in, sometime, but I have no indication of how long I might be waiting. Security told me to park in the parking lot (that has a no truck sign posted) along with another Swift truck who is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 0600.

I spoke with CSR and the delivery time had originally been 4/7 at 1300, but the day shift CSR changed it this morning - marking it a hot load that had to be delivered ASAP. I guess someone here at Coke didn't get the memo.

Nice of the CSR to set you up with a little a detention.

At that Petro somewhere in the middle of Minnesota.

I jumped on a load offer from Milwaukee to Oregon, without checking my 70. Looks like I'll be taking a 34 in Fargo, dontchaknow. :) Fortunately, the delivery window is about a week long...

Yes, those delivery windows seem to be getting longer - when they aren't too short.

Even if I had to wait to deliver this load until Friday I could still make on time delivery on my next load.
