Give them a call and they will help you. They have always answered any calls that I have made and any email that I have sent.

One thing though is use a REAL email address, not a gmail, hotmail, etc. as many business have these email addressed as spam and they get deleted before they they are seen.

I have to say that it may not be completely system hardware spec's that cause issues. My computer is an Intel Core 2 Duo 1.83 GHz, 3 GB RAM, plus a 4 GB SDHC card used as a ReadyBoost device devoting all 4 GB to that, and I still get crashes in the program after roughly 10-15 minutes. Only time it isn't crashing is if I'm on a long stretch of road in which it seems to work just fine.

On top of that, the online tracking tool doesn't work half of the time, and when it does, it reports you as the wrong truck! Mine has reported me as being in Louisiana when I was in Ohio. I've called their tech support, which claims they are working on an upgrade to these issues, but I'd have to talk to customer service as to the pricing on it when it's available. My opinion, make it free to people who bought version 11 because it's such a POS build of software.

Everything is running fine here, no issues with it at all. I have been using copilot for over 6 years now and only had one small issue in version 9 in which they had a update for.

I also received a huge discount on the newest version as I have been using it before and still am.

Does CoPilot route you at street-level with consideration to weight-restricted street, etc.?

Yes. On the laptop version you create a profile and check the box that says "53 foot trailer." This will then turn on the "National Network." With those on, the laptop version assumes 13' 6" height, 53' Trailer, and 80,000 pound max weight. You need to "save" that profile and then set up your road preferences. At that point when you plan your door to door routes with that profile you created, it will route you at street level by legal truck routes.

On the hand-held version (PC Miler Navigator) you have to set up a profile too. However, the PCM will allow you to put in the exact dimensions of your truck and trailer instead of just clicking the "53 foot trailer" box like on the laptop version. Once you do that and again save a custom profile that matches your rig, you can then finish your "road preference" and the unit will navigate you on street level trucking roads.
