    If it's Pepsico that's different from an independent bottler. Sad to say, but you'll do better at the independents. Didn't use to be that way. Unfortunately Pepsico isn't a career anymore. Just a job. No more pension for new hires, expensive insurance, pay only going down every year.

    The independent smaller shops can still be really good gigs though. Definitely worth looking into if local is your thing.
