    So what's the deal? Sneider only hires if you go thru training for three weeks? What about a 15 year professional sight seer? Still gotta do 3 weeks training?

    ..age, experience, & hiring area is probably the main reason why some get denied, also if they found something on your application that didnt match what they checked out could be another reason.. anyway with the economy the way it is & the large number of apps they get, they are probably more selective now on who they accept.
