Loves in Blytheville, AR for the second night. Sitting, watching people speed through the parking lot. Still don't feel good. Once again I'm at the end of my 70 and once again I have to remind my 'dispatcher' that I run legal and will need a restart. This is how I've run every week for the past 6 months and every single week I have to remind him that he just ran me for 7 days straight and I need that 8th day off to reset my hours.
Was supposed to a super easy day, albeit with a limited window. I wasn't feeling good this morning, so I took my time getting to the shipper(a whole 20 miles away) got loaded quickly and headed out to my stop 90 miles away.

It was a farm and as such, always has drama. My one stop, with a pump off, turned into a two stop pump off, with the second stop 12 miles(18 miles), as the crow flies, away.
So I wasn't able to make it back to the shipper to get reloaded with the same product, which was headed to Greenville , MS. Then to Shreveport to get a tank wash and take a partial day off and run recap until the weekend because both customers are closed on the weekends. This would be my Shreveport to Midland loop.


Had to remind him of that too.

 

Every single driver I know, thats tried the new next gen autos, love them. And alot of these guys are long beards and have been around the block.

Im honestly ready for one.

 

Made it home for the night. Only have 20 hours left on my 70 which is supposed to last the next 2 days.

We shall see.
