Brand new here & already ..

If you're so miserable, why don't you go swing a hammer or something? If you think a company is so ####ty, why do you still go collect their paychecks? I've seen some of you putting down a company after you've signed on with them but before you even drove a single mile with them! If I was a hiring manager and read these forums, there's NO WAY I'd let you come work for my company.

Is there anyone POSITIVE here who wants to point a military vet and new driver in a decent direction without all the negativity?

I'd contact magnum LTD and see what options they have for you. Great company and I would be surprised if you find five bad to equal the 5 good. Maybe 10 or 20 to 1. The one being bad of course.

I think they may required a CDL first though...

I am in the training process of getting my cdl for the biggest retail company here in Texas...i am not a full-time driver yet but I am a spotter....and even the spotters I work for complain ALL the time.... they complain about there hours, mules bring dirty, shipping and dispatch, other ppl and their speed.... ridiculous

I guess if they are #####in everyone is happy.

It's trouble when everyone is quiet and NOT HAPPY. If you ever have a #####in crowd silent and cold with a little grump and mutter... RUN. Aint no texas tornado can do what this herd is fixing to do to someone. or some company they hold responsible for troubles.
