Charges may be brought? okay I understand the girl is 14... But common she should of known that the pic was going to get around.. now what? charge 200 people with a crime? She is the one who acted irresponsible in the first place by taking the pic .. Charge her with a crime if you ask me...
Big Don, bullhaulerswife, leannamarie and 1 other person Thank this. -
I agree. It stared with her, it should end with her. I imagine that this thing went viral locally almost immediately. Good luck finding all the phones that it went too.
-
I agree! She should be responsible for the charges she did it! She is should of known it would have went around like wildfire hell it wouldn't surprise if it's on the internet!

WOW, these kids are nuts these days! YUP, it should ALL be on her. Period. Oh man, when I was 15 and in school, I would have loved that! Shoot, of COURSE it is going to get around! I don't care what anyone says...14 years old is PLENTY old enough to "know" what you are doing...
NOTE TO TEENS; take pics of your cooter, send it to ONE person and YOU set YOURSELF up to be seen by millions, period. Think you're so smart? WRONG. Now maybe if you copyright your cooter before you send it...MAYBE you would have a case.
I mean that is like some 14 year old girl stripping naked, going to the roadside, laying down, spreading her legs for the world to see......... -

Kids today do not think of the future...they think they can do whatever they want now and no problem....I hope this girl did not want to be Pres or VP because this photo will come back to hurt her...........Truly a dumb move......

And here we have another case of overkill by school officials, and the law enforcement community.
OK, she did something stupid. She is going to have to live with that. But expelling her and other students from school is not going to do anyone any good. Hell, the kids will probably be celebrating their "vacation."
And criminal charges? This is another one of those stupid "one size fits all" laws that makes no sense.
You have a person who has willingly taken photos of herself that are of a pornographic nature, and sent them around. OK, maybe she should be charged, but really, why? She is gonna catch enough flak over this stupidity without criminal charges.
So I suppose they will also charge the kids who have passed these photos on? Again, I just don't get it. This is a victim-less crime here.
Now I have no use for kiddie porn, or the low lifes that pass it around. But there is one hell of a difference between a child who has been used by someone else to generate pornography, and a teenager who has willingly placed herself there.truckermario Thanks this.
