I started leasing my 2012 KW T700 with PTL...big mistake!! So I went to Eagle last year. Started out pretty good, running Celadon freight. Ran into some problems limiting brokers because of Eagle's MC (many brokers work with Celadon's MC, but not Eagle's). So, I crossed over to Celadon. Sure, there were wrinkles to iron out, but now I have a good DM and broker about 70% of my loads. I avoid shop time by doing as muck work on the truck as I am capable of doing...usually on home time. But make sure you keep your trailer when you go home. It can be miserable trying to find an empty with these guys! All in all, I have had a pretty good experience driving under Celadon. We all have problems, so there are days I just want to quit...but overall, Celadon has been a better fit for me than the others. Good luck.
