    Not true my brother in law had his drug charges expunged under first offenders act he served a year in in lockup followed by bannishment from the Atlantic circuit... He now has a CCP with the state of Georgia aswell as all other rights returned to him

    County jail is different from the penitentiary. Lock up is not prison.

    Having clemency has entirely nothing to do with expungement.
