I have a problem with handling and it's really difficult to keep truck straight in line ( before it was (ok)) but now it really Terrible. Any suggestions? Last service changed steering box ( they put remanufactured) new shocks and steering tired.

Maybe have shop look it over and check alignment maybe they did something wrong or maybe a loose bolt somewhere besides that... I could see new shocks making it handle differently so maybe just am adjustment period

If you changed a tie rod did you have an alignment done, chances are if you didn't the front end is off

Alignment, and in general new rubber sometimes makes it feel like the front end is floating a bit. Get a 3 axle alignment done, and have them check everything while it's on the rack.

I would get it looked at ASAP. A company I did some work for asked me to come and look at a truck with a similar problem. A dealer in town had bought the latest greatest computer alignment machine. Truck had a full alignment and new steer tires. They sent a new guy to school for a week to run the machine. He did not know Jack about Squat. He forgot to tighten clamps on tie rod crossbar. Tires were trash and the bar was close to coming apart. Get someone to look at it even if it's at the truck stop shop.
Good alignment shops are hard to find. The machines are replacing the knowledgeable people. It is hard to find someone that can do excellent alignments with or without a computer.

Just a suggestion Check make sure they didn't leave your pitman arm loose just grab dragline and shake it. Usually has major handling issues when pitman arm is loose
