CRST EXPEDITED SLAVE WAGEZ

I was warned by CR England recruiting NOT to lease from CRST. I was a rehire, previous student, I had left due NOT BEING PAID. I figured I could make the money promised in contract, which states CRST pays lease and owner ops MORE THAN THEIR COMPANY DRIVERS! They breached it so badly, in the end, my earnings which was not accurate on my restatement should have been far more of $14,300 in two months with $14000 in DEDUCTIONS STOLEN FROM MY PAYCHECKS... which they cleverly deposit into a Com data acct. Which is not possible to get a paper or balance or ANYBODY ON THE PHONE to access the deposits or illegal withdrawals made by corrupt managers and dispatchers at CRST. ONE such deduction of three stated maintenance acct, VM,r8, bogus lies of various maintenance ACCTS. Which the CONTRACT breached states that these main deductions are NOT possible...someone tried to cover it up. I fell at CATO picking up a load, fractured my wrist in three places. When I contacted dispatch and told them I broke my wrist, hurt my knees, scraped up my face, all they wrote back was: ARE YOU STILL GOING TO DELIVER THE LOAD IN KNOXVILLE TN BY 12PM!? not Are You Okay Driver.. Do you need an ambulance?!...I could barely walk, and my arm was unable to move, there was substantial bleeding under my skin, the bone was displaced, and I couldn't walk. I tripped and fell over a ridge around the shipper by the trailer checking the seal and locking it. Breached again was the contract..I did not have said promised student to help me with my load within 14 days of the previous student going to train with a male trainer..it was a boy who needed a female trainer..and I had told my knucklehead dispatcher I am here to train females... to be continued.. They had the nerve to breach my contract over and over.. Telling me if I took a 70 hr reset, I was being placed from the top of the list for loads, to the very bottom and I would get a student when they could find one..which was a breach. I have more but my wrist is aching from typing.. My right writing driving eating TRUCK DRIVING GEAR SHIFTING MONEY MAKING wrist that saw Zero pay due to excessive bogus deductions not mentioned in my contract or given top paying loads better than company drivers as promised BUT BREACHED..AND A FUEL GUZZLING TRUCK..WITH ISSUES AND they wanted me to buy a 2012 freightliner with $900 and more deductions EVERY TUESDAY..

 

Posting breaches of contract by managers and dispatchers to warn you not to drive for this extreme white suprimest company had a student tell me " black females like you are not supposed to be truck drivers and you are supposed to drive buses, taxis, and Greyhounds, and get away from CRST. I WILL make you quit and go home, TRAINER! NOT TO MENTION the racist attacks by white students making up lies on my 6 six perfect MVR record driving..students could not point to a tandem and had the nerve to get jealous and attempt to SABATOGE my trainer career. Then dispatcher with the students conspired to cheat me out of my pay, a new truck etc. The racism was escalated after a white male was placed on my truck WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE to sabotage me. I told Seipel no males...they took the op to make up lies about me a black female trainer and white male who was racist FRIM North shoot up black church people Carolina. I broke my wrist 1/20/2017, when I contacted dispatch all they wrote back was..Are you still delivering your relay at 12pm in Knoxville TN..I broke it in Charlotte NC at 2AM 1/20/2017! After these illegal maintanece deductions for over $900-1500 every week or paycheck kept going on and on and on...they talked about getting team drivers as if they were purchasing property or SLAVES.
