You shouldn't have to stay out a month. Schneider gives you 6 days off a month & you take them however you like. I did Just That!

She told me that since i have been out for 18 months that I have to have extended training. Which is bs. Its not like its hard to back up and shift. Im not an idiot.

So is it the 10 days of training then 10 days with the TE? Or you saying they told you that you will be training with a TE for a whole month?

The recruiters name is Rebecca. She said i will do the drig and physical and paper work the first 2 days or so and then i will be doing a road test and some training mix and some more class room stuff between all of the 4-6weeks.
It feels like im redoing roadmasters all over again.

I had only 2 months experience when I came over & I was gone maybe about 3 weeks total. Idk where she's getting 4-6 weeks. & she was my recruiter as well!
