@p608 Ok, I get it, we're being trolled here. Right? Lol, hahaha, that's pretty funny. Ok, we can all laugh at my gullibility.
Now, if your comments were serious say so and I'll address them, otherwise, I"ll drop this dog and pony show.

I also agree that a lot of people fail at L/P or straight lease. But so do a lot of O/O. And it's because they can't handle the cost control that is needed. So your point on that is mute.
I also agree that if you can't get your own finanes in order you have no business doing a L/P or buying a truck via any other means.
I made some mistake with credit when I was younger. A lot of people do. But a lot of that has to do with today's society of gotta have everything now; oh look they are going to give me a credit card to pay for what I want now and not even asking if I have a job. I have fixed a lot of it already. I have learned that lesson and JCT does report on time payments to the credit agencies once a quarter so it actually helps your credit rating. Besides a bank or dealership, not many companies that I'm aware of do that for you.
You will never see me going around trying get people to do a lease purchase. It's hard and a lot of people don't want hard. They don't understand that it's hard. When I get people coming up to me asking about the company the very first thing I tell them is we don't have company drivers and it's all L/P and O/O (yes we have O/O here but I guess they're not really O/O if I were to believe you) and 99% of the time they thank me and say it's not want they want. Only about 1% actually ask more questions. I give the up front answers and even then 99% of those people no longer want to do it. The other 1% are still interested enough to talk to other drivers, continue research or call.ladr and drvrtech77 Thank this. -

So, how much is JCT paying per mile these days ? I remember several years ago it was $.90 /mile plus fuel surcharge.
