Glad ur having a better experience than I did! Some weeks were good and some weren't. I just couldn't stand how cheap they were. All the sitting around waiting for loads...God and those night runs. Wake up at 8 and ur dispatcher says take another 10 and run all night. Ugh. But I was dispatched out of North liberty. Every terminal is slightly different.
Have u thought about salary out of Jacksonville? Usually salary is a cake walk. If you go down to the United sugars in Clewiston there is a guy named Alton that just jokeys trailers around the plant and up to Jacksonville and back and makes salary. That would be a sweat gig lol. Good luck!

When I started they told me they didn't have Salary for Fl area. Everything so far is going pretty good. Got 2'700 miles in last week. Sitting at Martin Bower getting unloaded now. Out of the last month I had to sit one night and wait on a load, other than that dispatcher has been keeping me busy. Not much sitting besides my 10. No all nighters yet either. Latest I usually run is about 2 in the morning. No complaints so far besides I still think e-logs are a pain. Miss my loose-leaf. As long as I keep making money I will stay .

They probably don't want any more people on salary down there. It was at 900 a week pre tax so u might not even want to if ur running that good! I'm truly shocked they keep u that busy tho. I usually had around 1900 miles/week.

Yeah, if that was all I got I would already be gone. Every once in a great while might be understandable but not continuous. I'll ##### if I'm under 2200. So far so good
