Decide first where you want to be in a couple years from now. That should give you a bit of direction as to where your next move should be to. I am not a fan of job hopping, too many clowns go to work then in 3 months decide they want to haul something else and then move to a different company and starting over at the bottom. If you know what career path you want to take you can plan accordingly.

I like Maverick out of North Little Rock. I pulled for them for a while and made decent money. Never had a problem with getting paid or it being correct. Home most weekends.
