I heard that Wal-Mart recently announced trucks were welcome to park at all their stores. I could be wrong, right now it's just hear-say from a friend.

I spoke with the manager of our local Sam's Club and they said trucks are welcome to stay over night anytime.

All the walmarts in my area, allways has trucks park there. The walmart up the street from me has one that been sitting there for weeks.Dont know whats the deal there. There a walmart less than 1/2 mile from a major highway, and the has a over night parking area for trucks.

As long as its a super walmart doubt anyone will have any issues parking there but I would be cautious around the small walmart aka non supermarts. But every superwalmart ive ever seen has a parking lot three times the size of the store and most the managers dont care so I stopped asking if it was ok, havent been bothered once.

the walmart in lima oh is a no truck zone... they hate trucks out there cause of the P&G plant bringing so many trucks per day.

My city has a weight ordinance on the city streets that would prohibit bobtails, but they really don't enforce it - I've been parking mine next to my house for a while without any issues. Just can't bring the trailer up into the subdiv

some walmarts *specifically* ban trucks - to the point of putting bars across the entrances at a height of about 13 feet.
Fortunately, most are still fine with trucks parking out back -
Where I live, I drop my trailer in the lot at a closed fast food joint. Always trucks parked there, I have called the the folks who have the sign out front and they could care less. I bobtail to the house and park on the street. I have one neighbor who is a wana be lawyer and dislikes trucks. The first weekend my truck was at the house he knocked on my door early Satuday, and asked if I was going to park that efin truck there. My response to him, Are you going to park that Mercedes in your drive? He said it cost $70.000 dollars, I said that flipping truc cost $ 140,000. He han't said a thing about it again...
