My 2012 cascadia ongaurd is not working properly. It turns green then red..the cruise control is not working. I cant read my miles. And the beeping is just driving me insane. But what i want to know is if i disconnect the ongaurd will it affect my jake break or engine break? Thats my main concern. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

What are the possible legal ramifications of telling a driver how to disable ONGUARD and then said driver gets in a accident because ONGUARD was disabled?
