Have you checked your driving record? I'm from MD and alcohol violations, convictions or PBJ's, never come off your record unless you go before the MVA judge to get your record expunged. Also if you have a alcohol violation on your record NOTHING(speeding tickets, seatbelt tickets, etc..) comes off record automatically every 3 years like they normally would. From what I understand you have to go a good decade without being pulled over before a judge will consider granting expungment.

    Trucker556 Thanks this.

I had never heard of "soda" or "pop" until I left the hills of Tennessee and went into the military. Every drink was a "coke" until then.
"What kind of coke do you want?" "Uh, I'll take a "root beer....naw, wait, gemme a orange Nehi."

I too was thinking it'd be great to have a peanut-butter jelly to sober me up. Lol.

If the sandwich is so old the jelly has fermented, don't eat it.

    Trucker556 and AtticusRoad Thank this.

Get popped on a breathalyzer after eating fermented strawberry jelly on a peanut butter sandwich.
It's ok if it's moldy though; penicillin is derived from mold. That's why people in America ate moldy bread when they were sick during the early 19th century.

I had one of those when I got a DUI back in 84. It would only change to a conviction if I was charged again within 5 years. I have never had another so it is obviously long past.

It does show I was arrested for it, but no conviction, so what I do is just answer the question as asked.

Have you ever been convicted of a DUI - No
Have you ever been arrested for a DUI - Yes

Never had a problem answering it truthfully.

    Now who has the Sammiches?

I'm allergic to penicillin. Most antibiotics, actually. I've the suspicion that God is trying to kill me... Lol.

Keeping it simple, eh, Pupp? :)
