GASP! How dare they use additional compensation to motivate someone to take on the additional responsibility of being a trainer?

Or someone who thinks he was better and smarter than any old truck driver when he was looking to get hired because he has a college degree.

Nice pictures, surprised no one asked the OP which one of those wrecked trucks was his/hers. That would be a question one of the smart ### truckers would ask.

Accidents in life are part of life and this business is no different. The one thing to keep in mind is that this company has over 400 trucks now and from what I can see, more trucks are not damaged than are.

What we don't know is how many of these wrecked trucks were the result of a student driver? not all student drivers wreck trucks, but it does happen.

Now the one pic that is disturbing is the one of the trainer truck. I would be personally embarrassed if that was my truck, which it would never be, because I respect the equipment that is entrusted to me.

Lets see some settlement checks or pay checks where the OP did not make any money, lets see some statements that show a lack of miles, and the comment about others being promoted ahead of the OP, I am not buying that, sorry. I am not saying it did not happen, I am just saying I find it hard to believe.

Really?? actually I have and I currently do. I am a trucker just like you!!! I drove for Raider Express and I currently drive a semi for a local company here in Dallas, so I am on the road everyday, 5 to 6 days a week.

Honestly.....lets be serious.....if the trucks left the yard like that....their liable to get pulled over for it as well....not to mention its their own stupid drivers fault...not the companies....i actually spoke to a couple trainers there that take pride in their job and their truck.....of course every truck on the back fence of a lot looks like ####... takes some pics of them going down the road like that....it would be more believable
