I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

Aaaaaand, the part was not in fact ordered, my phone call was ignored, and I'm probably going to be here most of Monday.

Except I'm going to do more than gripe on TTR this time. This is stupid; my write up and phone call were ignored, and I stand to lose miles as a result.

Is there any company in existence with an efficient shop that actually has the driver's welfare in mind? If so please tell me.

 

About the same time I finished last post, a supervisor chased me down and apologized for how I was told my truck wasn't getting fixed; I was given the impression they didn't order the part when in fact it is back ordered and five other trucks are awaiting the same part. The tech was rude to me, the supervisor saw it, and found me to set things straight. He also said he would be having a conversation with the guy.

Not mad now.

Bunk heater still not working. Gotta be something stupid like a plug or something. Looks like I'm here for a while tomorrow.

 

Currently 50 in Blue Mountain MS with a low tonight in lower 40s. Cold season ain't quite over yet. Also we run northeast as far as Boston area as well as upper Wisconsin sometimes. And I was in Denver last week. Gotta be prepared.
