Hey dude! How you been doing? Good to see you here since I have not been able to see you at the DC in a long time. I was typing this to you before you just posted your second post.

Hanging in there. May be returning in the next week or so. Hopefully my left shoulder can hold up after four surgeries in the past year!

No, it has been a long road to recovery. Word or advice if you ever get any soft tissue injury, such as to a shoulder, back, neck, knee, etc., DO NOT let any of these physical therapists push you hard and tell you "no pain, no gain"! I had additional surgeries to fix damage done by them! The past six months has been spent undergoing more low impact therapy and cryogenic treatment to get closer to fully recovered. It could take several more months or even years to fully recover, but I have more than enough strength and range of motion to do the job.

I will likely be in Sealy on Tuesday and/or Wednesday this week to catch on what I have missed while I was out, and then if all goes well I would return to the 5/2 5/3 program next Sunday. Look forward to seeing you, Woodenleg, and a bunch of others soon.

nothing the night i put in the app online. Walmart system messed up. so i had to make alot of corrections.

 

What do dir mean when they say "gm docks on T side, & grocery on W side"? Both docks are on t side. Are the gm North or South on the T?
