I'd call the mega and ask their forgiveness, go back, and finish the 1st year. THEN, you can get on to some TRUE greener pastures~!

Currently averaging 2700-3400 miles a week, running out the 70 hour clock in 6 days. The DH miles are not excessive, just irritating. So just a few more months....G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
That's not how you reply to people trying to share information that you asked for. -
I'm good with that.
Telling someone they deserve something is right? I don't applaud anyone's misfortune. -
OP, look at it this way. It sucks, it was VERY misleading, (i'd warn other up-and-comings into your current company!) and you've only got 4 more months. That was VERY shady on their part. When you get the next 4 months behind you, and find something better, call them OUT on it....as the door hits them where God splits them. There ARE starter companies (second chance ones..) that pay less, as I'm sure you know.
Best to ya, man.Thull Thanks this. -

Man I hope the used some Lube before they SCREWED you! (Joke)
TripleSix Thanks this. -
I went back and removed the last sentence. It was not my intention to resort to name calling. I will leave it at that and try not to take anything personal.
Off and on we all know that we take a beating. Sometimes it's not bad at all, but a company can make it miserable with little effort.
Thull,
no it was pure sandpaper....G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
If you don't Have the nads to do anything about it.
He wasn't hired yet he was in orientation stupid.
He could have easily walked away before it was too late.
And let's stop this myth that if you have more than 3 jobs
In a certain amount of time nobody will hire you.
That only applies to garbage mega companies.
That's a scare tactic to keep drivers at crummy jobs.
In 18 years I've had about 20 trucking jobs and never once
Collected unemployment for lack of work.
He could of had another job paying more than that before he even made it home.
You robots crack me up.
You believe anything they tell you.
