About same. I live in West and do fine with either. Interstate pays less Imo and mainly grocery loads. More options with Schneider.

Either one is ok. I live in West. Interstate is primarily grocery loads and pays less Imo. Schneider has more options I think.

So you run the west regionally?
-
I go east on occasion but mostly stay regional around the west

Regardless of Owner/Operator or Company Driver, I feel the only fair thing to do is give the first load available in the area, to the first truck available.
Of course a "home run" would be the only acception. -
When self dispatching that doesn't come into play. It's first person who booked it gets it. As you know fair means nothing lol
MachoCyclone, SQ200, Bo Hunt and 1 other person Thank this. -
That would be at the very least, efficient. But we all know favoritism and politics trump efficiency at all times.

Hey there, Golden Goose, I agree, that freedom board is a real mystery isn't it. Michelle decided to pull my contract yesterday. There was an instance on my eld on the 23rd, so safety was going to hold me until Fri. without a load, so she just decided to cut my throat all the way off instead.
-
Yeah she was horrible. I was only there 3 weeks

There is no way to run for a buck a mile. Fuel alone is close to 70. That leaves 30 cents for maintenence and insurance and a host of other things.
-
If your fuel cost you .70mi...your paying way too much for fuel...my fuel cost are .32mi...Opus, MachoCyclone and TB John Thank this.
