    The latest projections, stated that even a 1 million barrel cut in output, would have NO effect on the current price per barrel.

    So OPEC will just have to suck it up, like we did in the past year.

    Just wait.... it will effect price.. perhaps not tomorrow or next week but it will... (and thats why they are proposing up to a 2 million barrel cut)
